Every single staff member was attentive and engaging. We were made to feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Loved the attention to detail, size if the room and amenities. Enjoyed an excellent dinner in the restaurant. Special mention and thanks to Brett, Angel and Dakota for making our stay memorable. There were many others too. Highly recommend for your next Auckland getaway. The hotel is well situated .
