I m relatively new to the Lancaster area and was in possession of 2 acoustic guitars in need of repair. I googled guitar repair and found Menchey Music. I decided to take one of the guitars in and see how that worked. At the shop, the person I engaged with was very knowledgeable about what I needed done. I also discussed the strange problems (showed her pictures) with my second guitar and was assured that they could fix it. I was told my first guitar would be picked up from their shop on Monday and I would get a call from the repair person that day with an estimate. This all happened perfectly. A few days later I received a call saying my repaired guitar was ready for pickup. I picked it up and it is now Perfect! My next task is to drop off my second guitar for its repair.
