This place is fun. My only complaint is that my 7 year old daughter was about an inch to short to ride half of the rides, yet she had to pay for a very pricy full price ticket. She was very disappointed there was not much she could ride. It was very clean and well kept. Most staff members were friendly and helpful. We did the safari tour. This is a separate ticket from the general admission. My daughter loved feeding them. The giraffes walk right up to the vehicle. If you want to do a tour I would suggest you book very early. We wanted to do the sloth encounter, but they said it had been sold out for weeks in advance. Also, tried several times to purchase tickets online and in the end I had to call customer service to purchase advance tickets. Online it said they had availability for the sloth encounter, but when I called, they said they did not. Their website never would work.
