I had a mixed experience with Pru Dent Mfg INC. The product I purchased was of good quality, but the customer service was lacking. It took them a while to respond to my queries and they were not as helpful as I had hoped. It's a shame because the product itself was great. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future.
