Property managers work under very poor oversight; billing and balance notices are insecurely left in crack of exterior door for all to see and read; premium apartment had old and worn rug; maintenance has tried to fix upstair neighbor tub leak into my bathroom multiple times; locks were inoperable on move in; grounds upgrades that are promoted never happen; rent increases are yearly;

I would not view a model and not preapprove your apartment without seeing. My complex is pretty ghetto and the managers are children. Not slumloards, but if you expect customer service and respectful treatment I d avoid Viking Residential.

I tried to call corporate office to voice my concerns - no way to get through. Look elsewhere.
