I have been a customer of National Association Of Retred Sears for many years now, and my experience has always been average. The products they offer are decent, but the customer service can be improved. The website is easy to navigate, but the checkout process can be a bit confusing at times. Overall, I would say my experience with them has been neither great nor terrible.
