The most important thing to me in a property manager is trust. Having rentals as an investment is a leap of faith, as it is one of the only investments that profitability is directly related to the actions of the tenants. I trust Travis and his team to screen and lease and show properties with years of experience to help keep my investments running as investments and not hemorrhaging costs. He knows the correct way to do things, and doesn't hesitate to tell me when something is a liability or a problem. I feel like he has my back and that he cares, not that he just wants a monthly fee and I am just some file. I have worked with other property managers and Travis knows how to handle problems efficiently and effectively so I can be proud to be a housing provider and not burned out by my investments.
