There was 3 days of training, which is not enough time to learn all the steps needed for this job. I asked for help many times and even asked them to not put so many cases on me until I learn all the paperwork. Then they tried to hold my pay check because they didn t have the paperwork right after I quit. I would never recommend anyone working there. They literally do training at least once a week which just shows poor on the management because the turn over rate is so high. Horrible experience based solely on the management.
