Had to have the laptop repaired by a "real" comput...

Had to have the laptop repaired by a "real" computer shop so the insurance would pay. Concorde were amazingly friendly and far more helpful than they had any need to be at all. Massively thankful (and loving my lapotp again). Service desk, engineers and everyone else I spoke to were fantastic :)
