My mother got meds from this place in her last day...

My mother got meds from this place in her last days on this earth. They were sending me bills for it, instead of to her. When I called to inform them she had passed away their response was, "Well, you still owe the money." No "Sorry" no "condolences" no nothing. Just "pay me my money" (which I did in full). You people seriously need sensitivity training. BAD customer service.
