I had a mixed experience with Connect Resource Managers & Planners Inc. The service was average at best. The website was user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I found the communication to be lacking. It took a long time to receive a response to my inquiries, and sometimes I didn't receive a response at all. Overall, I would say that my experience was just okay.
