I had a bit of a disappointing experience with Appearls. The website was slow and often crashed, making it difficult to browse and complete my purchase. The customer service was helpful, but it felt like they were overwhelmed with complaints. The quality of the products was average, nothing exceptional. For the price, I expected better.
