I had a very average experience with Iconsult Solution. The website was easy to navigate, but the customer service was lacking. I had to wait on hold for a long time before speaking to a representative, and even then, they didn't seem very knowledgeable or helpful. I expected better from a company with such high ratings. Overall, I wouldn't recommend Iconsult Solution.
