I recently visited a salon that I found online. The overall experience was good, with friendly staff and a clean environment. However, I was disappointed to discover that they did not follow eco-friendly practices. It would have been great if they had resources available to learn about sustainable hair care. Nevertheless, the service I received was satisfactory. Although I had a decent experience, I'll keep looking for an eco-friendly salon like Chatto INC for my future visits.
