I have been dealing with Jim from Wood Duck Nation for years. The reason I have purchased from him for so many years is because both the products and service are beyond the norm. I happened across Jim's website when the store where I purchased my first duck didn't carry them anymore. I was heartbroken because they were the perfect gift for a friend. It turned out to be the best thing to happen. Jim makes beautiful ducks and he is there to help in any way he can. When I was late in ordering, he made sure I received my purchase on time. When I requested a special and unique duck he found what I was looking for. I honestly cannot say enough about this guy. His work is amazing and he's just an all-around good guy. Thank you Jim for all your help and for going the extra mile. One more thing, all the ducks I purchased were gifts and each one was appreciated for it's uniqueness and quality; and because they're so darn cute!
