We bought a car on 12/21, they were "in charge" of carrying out the papers, in theory they would be there for the following week. Last Saturday I parked badly, the tow truck took the car and I was detained because I have no paper that proves that we are the owners. Neither the transfer got involved, I hope they take care of the costs of the stay in the parking lot.
