I have been working at Dice infocom private limited for a few months now and I must say the experience has been average so far. The work culture is okay, but there is definitely room for improvement. On the positive side, the company provides good benefits and the team is quite supportive. However, there have been some issues with management communication and transparency, which can be frustrating at times. Overall, I would say it's an okay company to work for.
