I recently booked a tour package with The travel planners and it was an average experience overall. The itinerary provided was good and the accommodations were satisfactory. However, the communication with the company could have been better. There were some delays in getting responses to my queries and I felt like I was not fully informed about certain aspects of the trip. The tour guide provided was knowledgeable and friendly, but the overall experience could have been better.
