1) Completely H1-B Dependent Company and typical body shape Desi consultancy.
2) Files LCA only on wage level-1&2 and independent of your wages. They set their own rules.
3) These people who work from India are HR for this company. this is funny and this is to mislead the Clients.
4) People are going thru H1 denials, loosing employees and moving out of Reliable to different employers. Cautious
5) Salary don't even expect from this company, you are just and just working for them and for their goodwill.

Enough, Get some other opportunity and move-out, suggestion for existing.
