Employee Centric is an average company. The overall experience was okay, but there's definitely room for improvement. The management could be more proactive in addressing employee concerns and creating a positive work environment. The benefits package is decent, but could be more competitive. The workplace culture is average and there is room for more team-building initiatives. Overall, not a bad place to work, but not exceptional either.
