DO NOT GET THE MEMBERSHIP! IT IS A SCAM! They do not put members first, all they care about is the money. I scheduled with time and the conditions the contract of this membership asked me to do. When I and 5 other family members booked our stay we asked to be on the first floor, we had to check in at 3, they didn't give us our rooms until a whole hour later becuase the staff was behind in cleaning. The first night we where put in a room that not only was it on the second floor but had NO ELEVATORS not only that, it was humid and the mini fridge had MOLD in it, when you would shower the tub fosit would turn on too and could not be turned off, I also had complications with the air and key to the door, the air was not working, also the light from the door that let's you know to go in was not working. I complained about the room and asked to be moved right away, they had no rooms available until the next day I was told. (When its low season) It's the third time I use this membership of this establishment and everytime I have come to thier hotel thier are complications, but nothing as bad and complicated as this time! I look forward to my vacations thier sopose to be relaxing and not complicated, so this time I went it was very disappointing. I rather pay more for better service and a good room, then to be treated the way I did.
