I've been a loyal customer of Spectranet, inc. for several years now. The internet service is pretty good. The speed is decent and the connection rarely drops. However, their customer support could be better. It takes a long time to get a response from them and sometimes the issue remains unresolved. But overall, I am satisfied with their service.
