We flew out of Hamilton twice in the last month with Swoop Airlines and we had a great experience at John C. Munro. But if they want to attract more travellers, they've got to do something about the waiting section once you're pass security. It can get cramped and the washroom is way too small. As for parking, use your credit card when you get there to open the gate and use the same card to pay at exit. That way, you will not have to wait at one of the only two machines (!!!) on your way out.
