In preparation of selling my mom's home, we needed the chimney cleaned and inspected. I was first contacted by Brian explaining services and what options we had. When we learned we needed repairs, they were able to accomodate our need to have it done quickly even though it was the busiest time of year. I love they are a family run business. My interactions with Carolyne and Manny made me feel like family. We had many memories with that fireplace and since homes can't put them in within the city anymore, so glad the Chimaree helped keep this working for another family to enjoy.
