I have been a customer of Epic Tales for several years now and I must say, their service is average at best. The website is easy to navigate and the design is pleasant. However, I have noticed some issues with the quality of their products. Some of the books I have purchased have had printing errors or missing pages. Customer service is responsive but it can take a while to get a solution. Overall, I would say Epic Tales is an average company.
