Ice Blue Advertising is an average company. The services they provide are decent but nothing exceptional. I've had a couple of projects done by them and while they were satisfactory, I can't say I was wowed by their work. The communication could have been better as there were some delays in getting updates on my projects. Overall, I'd say they are an average advertising agency.
