Horrible phone system. Called the Adjudications number several times only to have in ring in excess of 20 times then hang up. Tried the main number and got stuck in automated attendant hell. Trying to respond to a request in a "timely" manner but cannot get the answer to a simple question because I can't get to a person. And no, the answer is not on their website. I agree with another reviewer, there should be an option for negative stars.
