I recently had an interaction with a government department specializing in agriculture, water, and environmental matters. While the service provided was average, the department's website (awe.gov.au) offered relevant information. The staff was helpful, although at times there were delays in resolving my queries. Overall, I had a satisfactory experience but believe there is room for improvement.
