I have been a customer of Dowling company, inc. for over 5 years and I must say, their service is average. They do a decent job, but nothing exceptional. The customer service is satisfactory and their pricing is reasonable. I haven't had any major issues with them, but I also haven't been overly impressed. Overall, I would rate them as an average company.
