I had an average experience at Long's Mattress North West Indianapolis. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, but the mattress I purchased did not meet my expectations. The quality and comfort were not as good as I had hoped. However, the customer service was good and they were willing to assist me with any issues. I would recommend Long's Mattress to others, but with caution.
