I have been using Nihonkai Cable Network for some time now, and I would rate their service as average. The picture quality is decent, and the channel selection is satisfactory. However, I have experienced occasional buffering issues during peak hours, which can be quite frustrating. The customer support team is helpful but not exceptional. Overall, it's a decent cable provider, but there is room for improvement.
