Cumberland Heights was an okay treatment center. The staff was decent and the facilities were average. The therapy sessions provided some value but lacked depth. Overall, it provided a basic foundation for my recovery, but I feel like more could have been done to address the underlying issues. It's an average choice for substance abuse treatment.
