The website was user-friendly and easy to navigate, allowing me to quickly input the necessary information. However, there were a few hiccups in the delivery process. The package took longer than expected to reach its destination, causing some inconvenience for the recipient. Additionally, the tracking updates were not as detailed as I had hoped. It would have been helpful to have more specific information on the location and estimated time of arrival. Despite the issues, the customer service team was responsive and helpful in resolving my concerns. Although the experience was not outstanding, it was still satisfactory.
