I recently had the opportunity to try out an enterprise search solution by Constellio and it was an average experience overall. The website was easy to navigate and provided helpful information about their products and services. However, I found the customer support to be somewhat lacking. Although they were responsive, it took a while to receive the needed assistance. The search functionality itself was decent, but it could have been more intuitive and user-friendly. There were a few instances where I struggled to find specific documents or information within the system. On a positive note, the solution did offer a good range of features and customization options, which catered to our specific business needs. Overall, Constellio is an average company with room for improvement in terms of customer support and user experience.
