From the moment we walked in and met our sales person, Jared Pauls until the time we left the finance office working with Robert Turino., we had nothing but great experiences. Meeting the accessories person, Willy was also great and very informative. No pressure, just information and friendliness. This was a far better experience than the last we had at the same dealership. I felt like they were all working for and with me. The dealership changed owners since my last vehicle purchase in 2012 and the environment and professionalism of the staff were certainly reflected in the changes we experienced.I would have to say it was the most pleasant car buying experience I have had in a long time. Would highly recommend Sun. I have used their service for my previous Highlander....love Lance, the service advisor I have used and that convinced me to give Sun Toyota another try for my next purchase. So glad I did.
