Fantastic experience working with Juan Hernandez from the Vine Group. As a Realtor, it is important to be able to refer a professional mortgage broker to my clients. Juan was very quick to respond to all questions that my first time home buyers had. He is very knowledgeable, patient and was willing to drive to my clients home on several occasions to pickup paperwork. Juan always kept us posted along the way from the pre approval to even after closing (It is nice for a change NOT to have to keep calling the mortgage broker/lender asking for an update). Juan took the time to get to know my clients in order to guide them in selecting the best mortgage option for them. I will continue to refer him to my clients because I know they will be in great hands!
