I recently used this company for market research and found the process to be quite standard. The website was easy to navigate, and the team was responsive. However, I did expect a bit more creativity and innovation in their approach. 😐 Overall, it was an average experience. I think they could benefit from thinking outside the box to bring something unique to the table. It's not that they did a bad job, but there's definitely room for improvement. I appreciate their professionalism but would love to see some fresh ideas in the future.
