As a customer, I found the services to be adequate overall. The caregivers were friendly and seemed genuinely focused on providing care to my loved one. However, there were a few instances of miscommunication and scheduling issues that caused some inconvenience. The website was informative, but I did feel like it could be a bit more user-friendly. The administrative staff was responsive to my inquiries and concerns, but I believe there's room for improvement in terms of overall organization. Despite these challenges, the caregivers' dedication and compassion helped to alleviate some of the frustrations. Overall, my experience was average, and I appreciate the effort put forth by the caregivers.
