As a customer, I found the services to be adequate overall. The caregivers were friendly and seemed genuinely focused on providing care to my loved one. However, there were a few instances of miscommunication and scheduling issues that caused some inconvenience. The website was informative, but I did feel like it could be a bit more user-friendly. The administrative staff was responsive to my inquiries and concerns, but I believe there's room for improvement in terms of overall organization. Despite these challenges, the caregivers' dedication and compassion helped to alleviate some of the frustrations.
