I recently completed a leadership training with the company and found the experience to be satisfactory. The instructors were knowledgeable and presented the material in a clear and organized manner. However, the overall program lacked some depth and could benefit from more interactive activities and real-world case studies. The online platform was user-friendly, but there were a few technical glitches that disrupted the flow of the sessions. The customer service team was helpful in resolving these issues, but I believe a smoother experience could have been provided. Overall, the training did help me develop some new skills, but I believe there is room for improvement in the program's delivery and content.
