I recently purchased a smart sleep tracking device from this company. The product itself seems to be quite innovative, offering detailed insights into my sleep patterns. However, I encountered some technical issues with the device connecting to the app, which was frustrating. While the customer service team was helpful in resolving the issue, it did take longer than expected to get it sorted out. Overall, the product has the potential to be great, but the connectivity and customer service experience brought down the overall rating for me.
