I wanted to give a shout out to Adam; the Guest Services Director, he was incredibly kind, welcoming, professional, and an all-around very cool guy. He represents this wonderful hotel to the highest caliber of who I would want to represent my hotel (if I had one). Worked at this place 28 years ago... super beautiful renovations. Great, top staff. Kudos.
