We purchased a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Lake Norman Jeep over the weekend. We arrived late on Sunday afternoon and had an extremely pleasant experience. Our salesperson, Randy Lorelike, was extremely pleasant and personable to deal with. He was also very knowledgeable about the product he was selling. He even spent extra time with us going over the vehicle well beyond the dealership hours. Great to see!! Christina the Finance Manager was great to deal with as well. No pushy sales tactics. The overall dealership was clean and relaxing. Overall, a very pleasant experience.
