Kevin Gregg from KKTP helped me win my complicated...

Kevin Gregg from KKTP helped me win my complicated naturalization case when another law firm and USCIS messed it up.

Below is my immigration timeline:

I came to US via F1 visa in 2011
I-485 through Eb-5 in 2013
Received green card in 2014
N-400 interview in December 2019
Passed English and history questions.
Received an RFE for my college transcripts
USCIS rejected my case due to I did not submit RFE on time in February 2020. /Actually my RFE package was delivered on time. Because of the pandemic there was a delay.

My friend referred me to John Pratt. I had a conference with John and retained KKTP to appeal my case immediately.

Kevin who worked with John contacted me in March 2020, he filed N336 to request for a hearing with the evidence of USCIS signature of the delivered RFE package right before the government lockdown.

March 2021 I received N336 hearing notice.
Kevin went to Los Angeles USCIS office with me for the hearing/ 2nd interview, and helped me win the case.
2/29/2021 Oath ceremony

I must say this team is very experienced, competent, and helpful. Everyone I met and worked with during my case was supportive, courteous, and helped guide me every step of the way. I highly recommend the KKTP law firm to everyone looking for PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGEABLE, and TRUSTY immigration attorneys. And I would not hesitate for one second to hire KKTP to assist me or my family in any legal matters in the future.

Thank you KKTP! Thank you, Kevin Gregg.
