On Thursday, July 28th at about 2:10pm I was heading back home to Seattle from Richmond, BC and being out of area, unfamiliar with the CA roads- was trying to merge on to hwy 99 to get to the border. To my shock, the driver of the company truck was not only rude by not letting me merge into the lane exiting to the hwy but also was yelling ugly profanity out his open window. What a shame!!! Totally did not expect that from a Canadian driver, better yet a company driver that is supposed to have some kind of business professionalism. We are not used to that kind of ugliness in the US; company drivers in US are under strict professional standards and very courteous to other drivers and pedestrians!! And if any complaints come in, strict measures are taken. I have read a few reviews on google and looks like I'm not the only one encountering the rude & ugly Enterprise drivers- it's about time Enterprise Paper provides their drivers heavy professional road training and improves their company image!!!
