Pingvinen is a hidden gem! The food is absolutely amazing and the service is second to none. The staff is incredibly friendly and the atmosphere is cozy and inviting. I highly recommend trying their dishes, especially the Norwegian specialties. Pingvinen definitely deserves five stars!
