Last year, I purchased an IS and RX from Hendrick Lexus Northlake (both CPO). I was recently in for scheduled maintenance on both vehicles and Matt Dubin in service was awesome! Even when my car was parked right outside where I could see, he insisted on retrieving it and bringing it into the garage for me. I'll definitely ask for Matt next time I'm in for service!
