The cabinets are very nice. However, we had to order a few corrections (Our fault). We were given a timeline for these replacement items AND we called the week before this deadline to verify timing. We were confirmed on the timeline the Friday before a planned Wednesday delivery. Wednesday came and went. We finally called on Friday, two days after the scheduled timeline and were told the order was pushed out two weeks. This is horrible customer service, particularly for a family displaced from their home for 3 months during a remodel. Zero accountability and, worse, nobody proactively called to inform us of this change. Respond to your customers in a timely and professional manner and take accountability.
