I have been attending karate classes at disabilitykarate.co.uk for a few months now and I am really enjoying it. The instructors are skilled and provide clear instructions. The workouts are challenging but fun. I have noticed an improvement in my strength and flexibility since I started. I highly recommend giving it a try!
