POOR AND RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE! We were waiting for almost 2 hours before and after passing the security checkpoint! And no one told us that we won t be able to have our tour until the last minute when they closed the gate and asked us ( approximately 100 visitors) to leave!!!!! It was extremely unprofessional, even they didn t accept giving us a refund until we talked to the manager loudly!
