I had a terrible experience with Qb bikes. The bike I ordered arrived damaged, and when I contacted customer support, they were unresponsive and didn't offer any help or solutions. I ended up returning the bike for a refund, but the whole process was frustrating and time-consuming. I would not recommend this company.
